How long will my order take?

Each item is made to order. Production plus shipping typically takes about 1–2 weeks from the day you order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and address.

Will everything arrive together?

Not always. Different items may be made by different production partners, so one order can arrive in more than one package.

How do I choose a size?

Every product page includes a size chart, and our size guide has all of them in one place. Our lightweight tees run slimmer than our heavyweight tees, so size up if you like a roomier fit.

What if my item arrives misprinted or damaged?

We'll reprint it free. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Can I return or exchange for a different size?

No. Because each item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an item goes into production, we may not be able to change it.

How should I wash my shirt or hoodie?

Wash cold and inside out, then tumble dry low or hang dry. Hats should be hand washed and air dried. Care details are listed on each product page.

Are your products made in the USA?

Every Liberty Loft product is printed in the USA, and we choose American-made blanks whenever we can.
