Shipping
Every Liberty Loft item is printed to order in the USA by our production partners, and we currently ship only within the United States.
Production time
Estimated production time: 2–4 business days (up to 5–7 for mugs and some hats). If your order has items from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
All times are estimates and can vary during busy seasons or because of carrier delays.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart:
- Made-in-USA heavyweight tees and hoodies: $7.95 flat rate to the contiguous US, $13.99 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
- Lightweight tees, hats and mugs: carrier rates shown at checkout
- Other items: $8.00 Standard or $15.00 Express
We don't offer free shipping.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't reship for free if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. Report damage within 30 days of delivery with a photo. If a package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us within one week after that. Reach us any time through our contact page.
Liberty Loft is based in Texas, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
